Terms of Service

Last updated: June 5, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Review Anchors LLC ("ReviewAnchors," "we," "us," or "our") through reviewanchors.com and any related offering. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the services.

1. The services

We provide done-for-you local-marketing services to small businesses. Current offerings include:

  • Reviews — automated review requests, multi-platform review monitoring, and AI-handled replies to every review in the client's voice.
  • Websites — custom website design, build, hosting, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Google Business Profile — full profile optimization and ongoing management.
  • SEO + AEO — local search engine optimization and answer-engine optimization.

Service descriptions, pricing, and included features are listed on the corresponding service pages at reviewanchors.com. We may add, modify, or retire services from time to time; material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated to the client.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of any business you represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials we share with you.

3. Pricing, billing, and payment

Pricing

Service pricing is published on the website. We charge a monthly subscription fee per service, plus a one-time setup fee where indicated on the service page. Custom-scope work (e.g., e-commerce websites, multi-location builds, integrations beyond standard scope) is quoted separately and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis through our third-party payment processor. Annual pre-payment is offered at a discount as an option. Setup fees are billed at the start of an engagement. Failed payments may result in service suspension after reasonable notice.

Taxes

Fees do not include taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes that apply to the services.

Refunds and cancellation

  • Month-to-month services can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.
  • Annual pre-payments are non-refundable once paid, except where required by law.
  • Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding work has begun.
  • Custom-scope quotes may have their own payment milestones; refund terms are governed by the written quote.

Bundle pricing

We offer bundle pricing on certain combinations of services (for example, "Anchor Launch" and "Anchor Dominate"). Bundles include discounts that are conditioned on all included services remaining active. Specifically:

  • If you cancel any service within a bundle, the remaining services revert to standard à-la-carte pricing at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Bundle discounts cannot be partially applied — they are an all-or-nothing structure.
  • Waived setup fees assume a minimum engagement of three (3) months. If you cancel within the first three months, a pro-rated portion of the standard setup fees may be charged at our discretion to recover unrecouped onboarding costs. This will be disclosed at signup.
  • "Free" add-ons included with a bundle (for example, the citations sync included with Anchor Launch) revert to their standard à-la-carte price if the bundle is unbundled or cancelled.

4. What we deliver

We commit to the work described on each service page — the deliverables, cadence, and review cycles listed there. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as Google rankings, review counts, traffic volumes, or revenue results, because those depend on factors outside our control (search algorithms, market conditions, and your own business operations). We guarantee the work; we cannot guarantee the algorithm.

5. Your responsibilities as a client

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information, brand assets, and credentials needed for us to perform the services.
  • Grant any access required (e.g., Google Business Profile Manager access, domain/DNS access, Search Console access) on a timely basis.
  • Review and approve drafts of website content, SEO content direction, brand-level design decisions, or other items submitted for your approval within a reasonable time — typically two (2) business days.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including any laws governing your industry and your handling of your own customers' personal information.
  • Provide only customer contact information you are legally permitted to share with us for review-request purposes (i.e., your existing customers who have provided their contact information in the ordinary course of business).

If you delay providing required materials or access for more than thirty (30) days, we may pause or terminate the engagement and retain any setup fees and paid subscription amounts for that period.

6. Ownership of work

You own your work. Specifically:

  • Reviews you earn live on your Google Business Profile (and other third-party platforms) — they belong to you and your business, not to us.
  • Website source code we deliver is yours. On cancellation, we hand over the complete codebase and reasonable migration assistance.
  • Content we create on your behalf (web copy, blog articles, GBP posts, photos taken or commissioned for you) is yours.
  • Customer lists you share with us remain your property; we use them solely on your behalf during the engagement.

We retain ownership of (a) our underlying methods, processes, templates, and software tools, (b) anonymized and aggregated data we may use to improve our services, and (c) any work product not specifically prepared for you.

7. Third-party platforms

Some of our services interact with platforms we do not control — including Google, Facebook, Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing, and SMS carriers. We are not responsible for the policies, downtime, suspensions, or actions of those platforms. We will, however, take commercially reasonable steps to address platform issues that affect your account (for example, filing a Google Business Profile reinstatement request after a suspension).

8. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, customer lists, credentials, and any non-public information you share with us as confidential. We use that information solely to perform the services for you and do not disclose it to outside parties, except (a) to our trusted service providers as needed to operate the services, (b) when required by law, or (c) with your permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Generate fake reviews, solicit reviews from people who are not actual customers, or violate any review platform's policies.
  • Send SMS or email to contacts who have not provided consent to be contacted by your business.
  • Promote illegal activities, hateful content, or content that violates the rights of others.
  • Misrepresent your identity, business, or services.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of our systems.

10. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific results.

We make no guarantee of specific Google rankings, review volumes, traffic results, AI citations, conversions, revenue, or other business outcomes. Search and social platforms control their own algorithms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Review Anchors LLC, its owners, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to the services, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Review Anchors LLC from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) any content, customer list, or credentials you provide to us, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) your use of the services in a way not authorized by these Terms.

13. Term and termination

Subscriptions continue month-to-month (or for the annual period prepaid) until cancelled. Either party may terminate for any reason. We may terminate or suspend service immediately and without prior notice for any breach of these Terms, including non-payment or violation of the acceptable-use rules in Section 9.

On termination, our active work on your account stops at the end of the then-current billing cycle. You retain ownership of work delivered up to that point as described in Section 6. We will provide a reasonable handoff — typically up to two hours of transition support, additional time billed separately — including any code, content, or access transfers you reasonably request.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated by email to the client account on file. Your continued use of the services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any written quote or service agreement we sign with you, are the entire agreement between you and Review Anchors LLC regarding the services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets.
